On 4 September 1944, Gearing-class destroyer Everett F. Larson (DD-830) was laid down at Bath Iron Works, Bath Maine.
She was transferred to South Korea on 30 October 1972 and is now a museum ship at the Gangneung Unification Park, Gangneung, South Korea.
