S-290 launched

71 years ago today, on 13 September 1955, Soviet Union Whiskey-class  submarine S-290 was launched at Shipyard No, 112, Gorky, Russia.
She was sold to Indonesia in the early 60's as KRI Pasopati (410), and is now a MuseumShip in Surabaya.

HNLMS Mahu - M880

Former Van Straelen-class shallow water minesweeper Hr.Ms. Mahu - M880 of the Royal Netherlands Navy has the honor to be the 500th ship added to our site.
