USS Wisconsin BB-64 decommissioned
33 years ago today, on 30 September 1991, Iowa-class battleship USS Wisconsin BB-64 was decommissioned in Norfolk, VA for the third and final time, and joined the Reserve Fleet at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard.
